MLTI Private Limited (Moonlight Tube Industries) is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of stainless steel pipes since 2008, based in Gujarat, India. Our inventory has a combined annual capacity of approximately 8,000 MT across stainless steel ERW pipes, tubes, square pipes and rectangular pipes, including pipes manufactured to ASTM A312 and ASME SA-312. Outside diameters and nominal wall thicknesses follow ASME B36.19M. The product lineup covers 11 distinct grades: 304, 304L, 310, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 321H, 347, 347H, and 904L.

As a stainless steel pipe manufacturer in India, we supply 1/8" NB to 10" NB in SCH 10S, 40S and 80S to ASME B36.19M, with SCH 5S from 1/2" NB and SCH 20S offered as an additional non-standard wall through seamless and welded (ERW) manufacturing routes. Seamless stainless steel pipe starts as a solid billet that we pierce and draw, so no weld seam runs along its length. Stainless steel welded pipe begins as a rolled strip that we form and fuse along a single longitudinal seam. Seamless handles higher pressure because it has no weld seam to derate under ASME B31.3. Welded pipe costs less and is easier to source in larger diameters.
Chromium provides corrosion resistance, while nickel, molybdenum or stabilising elements vary according to grade and service requirements. Sugar, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, power and water-treatment plants use our SS pipes for process, utility, and high-temperature services. PMI, tensile and hardness testing support EN 10204 3.1 certification. We also hold ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications with BIS, EIL, IBR and PED approvals. Being a reliable stainless steel supplier, we ensure that the quotation will be issued within 1-2 days.

Stainless steel seamless pipe is manufactured from a solid billet without a longitudinal weld. It is selected for pressure, temperature and critical process applications where seamless construction is specified.

Stainless steel welded pipe, including ERW types, is formed from strip and joined along a longitudinal seam without filler metal, as required by ASTM A312.

Stainless steel round pipe is dimensioned by nominal bore, outside diameter and schedule under ASME B36.19M. It is the standard profile for process and pressure piping.
Square
SS Square pipe is formed into a four-sided section and supplied to specified outside dimensions and wall thicknesses. It is used for frames, supports and fabrication.
Rectangular
SS Rectangular pipe provides different section widths and is used where the geometry needs greater stiffness in one direction, including frames and structural fabrication.
Our range of stainless pipes covers 1/8" to 10" NB in five schedules. The following stainless steel pipe size chart shows nominal bore, outside diameter and wall thickness. These stainless steel pipe dimensions allow buyers to match nominal size with the required schedule and wall.

Basis: Barlow's formula, P = 2 × S × t / OD, with S = 75,000 psi (ASTM A312 minimum tensile strength for austenitic stainless).
For optimal durability, stainless steel pipes undergo solution annealing per SA-312. Standard grades require a minimum heating temperature of 1040°C. Specialised grades like 321H and 347H demand at least 1100°C for cold-finished, or 1050°C for hot-finished pipes. Additionally, the 904L grade requires a minimum of 1100°C. Finally, to preserve the structural integrity and prevent carbide precipitation, all heating processes must be followed immediately by quenching or rapid cooling.
Our stainless steel pipes are bundled, marked, certified, and packaged securely to ensure reliable road and export delivery.
Buyers return to Moonlight Tubes for certified material, approved grades and stock that ships on schedule. Every order is backed by documented quality, a wide size range and delivery commitments we hold to.
Grade 304 suits general-purpose, non-aggressive industrial environments. Grade 316 contains 2% to 3% molybdenum, providing superior resistance to chloride pitting, marine environments, and chemical attack, making it preferred for coastal and severe chemical process piping.
Seamless pipes are made from a solid billet with no welding at any stage of production, offering higher pressure ratings and structural integrity for critical lines. Welded pipes are roll-formed from strip and longitudinally welded, delivering larger diameter availability and greater cost efficiency.
Stainless steel pipe sizes are available from 1/8" NB to 10" NB across Schedules 10S, 20S, 40S and 80S, with Schedule 5S available from 1/2" NB upwards. Custom cut lengths are supplied against customer drawings. Diameters and wall thicknesses outside this range can be quoted on request, subject to confirmation.
Yes. Stainless steel grades like 304 and 316 are ideal for potable water and municipal plumbing lines. Their passive chromium-oxide layer resists internal scaling and corrosion, provides a smooth surface that limits biofilm formation, and avoids the heavy-metal contamination associated with lead or galvanised plumbing.
Yes, we export stainless steel pipes globally on agreed FOB or CFR terms, frequently serving markets across Vietnam, Brazil, Europe, and Turkey. All consignments are packed in seaworthy export packaging and shipped with complete EN 10204 3.1 test certificates and inspection documentation.
ASTM A312 / ASME SA-312 governs seamless, straight-seam welded, and heavily cold-worked austenitic stainless steel pipe. Outside diameters, nominal wall thicknesses and plain-end weights follow ASME B36.19M, while permissible wall thickness variations are given in ASTM A312.
Yes. Cutting stainless steel pipe is available to the required cut length according to customer drawings.
