We produce stainless steel pipe and have an annual capacity of approximately 8,000 MT. Our Stainless Steel 310 Pipe is an austenitic 25Cr-20Ni product supplied to ASTM A312 / ASME SA-312, with dimensions to ASME B36.19M. The grade carries 24.0-26.0% chromium and 19.0–22.0% nickel, and that chromium level maintains an adherent oxide film in continuous high-temperature service.
Carbon is capped at 0.25% for UNS S31000 and 0.08% for UNS S31008. Certified minima are 515 MPa (75 ksi) tensile strength, 205 MPa (30 ksi) yield strength and 35% elongation. The same material answers to AISI 310, 1.4845 in Europe, SUS 310 in Japan and X15Cr25Ni20 in India. We manufacture SS 310 pipes in sizes from 1/8 inch NB to 10 inch NB and in schedules SCH 5S to SCH 80S, available as seamless and 310 stainless steel ERW pipe. A seamless option suits high-pressure uses, while welded pipes provide cost-effective performance, excellent dimensional accuracy, and reliable strength for many applications. High-temperature oxidation resistance is why engineers specify Heat Resistant Steel 310 for furnace, refinery and gasification piping instead of a chloride-resistant or titanium-stabilised grade. Every length is subjected to the hydrostatic test in accordance with ASTM A999 / ASME SA-999, or to the nondestructive electric test where specified. SS 310 Welded Pipe (ERW)
SS 310 welded pipe is formed from strip and joined longitudinally, producing thinner walls at lower cost. SS 310 ERW pipe uses electric resistance welding and undergoes eddy-current inspection.

Round SS 310 pipe is the standard form for process piping, heat-transfer systems and high-temperature service. Its circular cross-section provides uniform pressure distribution, efficient fluid flow and compatibility with conventional pipe fittings, valves and flanges.

Petrochemical & Refinery Piping
Fired heaters and steam boilers in petroleum refining carry 310 pipe in support and hanger assemblies sitting in flue gas. Carburising atmospheres in reformer service attack lower-alloy piping, and chromium at 24.0–26.0% slows carbon pickup.
Furnace & Heat-Treatment Equipment
Heat-treatment plant takes SS 310 pipe into retorts, muffles, annealing covers, burner assemblies and combustion chambers. Cyclic heating spalls the scale on ordinary austenitic grades; the oxide layer on Grade 310 re-forms each cycle.
Power & Coal Gasification
Fluidised-bed coal combustors and gasifier internals run in hot, reducing, sulphur-bearing gas. We supply 310 SS Pipe for internal circuits there, where nickel at 19.0–22.0% keeps the structure austenitic through long holds.
Heat Exchangers & Thermowells
Process connection and nozzle piping around high-temperature heat exchangers is often specified in 310. Thermowells machined from 310 survive flue-gas measurement points that scale lower-chromium pockets.
Food Processing & Cryogenic Service
Bakery ovens use Stainless Steel 310 Pipes in radiant sections and conveyor furnace frames, where scale resistance keeps particulate out of the product. Liquefied-gas lines take the same grade: it stays tough at -450°F (-268°C).
