Moonlight Tube Industries has produced stainless steel, duplex and Hastelloy pipes and tubes since 2008. We manufacture, stock and export from our facility in Gujarat, India. Our plant produces close to 8,000 tonnes, all under ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Aerospace
Aerospace systems allow very little tolerance for error. We supply precision stainless steel and duplex tubing for aircraft and aviation work.
Food Processing
Dairies, breweries and food lines must be easy to clean. Our stainless tubes resist corrosion and hold no residue.
Textile
Textile mills and dyeing units run almost without pause. The tubes we supply handle hot, acidic dye liquor.
Paper & Pulp
Pulp bleaching uses chlorides and strong acids, so paper mills order grades that resist pitting, such as 316L and duplex.
Powerplant
Power stations run steam at high pressure. Our IBR-approved boiler and heat exchanger tubes are built for that duty.

Refineries and pipelines face sour gas and chlorides. We hold EIL approval and supply duplex and Hastelloy for these lines.

Export consignments are shipped on FOB or CFR terms in seaworthy packing, with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates and inspection documentation enclosed, so material clears site inspection without delay.

We make stainless steel pipes and tubes in 304, 304L, 310, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 321H, 347, 347H and 904L. We also produce duplex S31803 and S32205, and Hastelloy C276. Seamless, welded, square and rectangular forms are available, along with heat exchanger and condenser tubes.
Yes, we supply pipes and tubes with both approvals. IBR covers the Indian Boiler Regulations, and EIL covers Engineers India Limited. Buyers in boiler, power, oil and gas, and refinery work normally ask for one or both.
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. Each batch carries its heat number, so you can trace the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the exact material you receive.
We supply a wide range of outside diameters, wall thicknesses and lengths to ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS and EN standards. Custom sizes and shapes are produced against project drawings.
We manufacture, stock and export worldwide. Material held in stock is dispatched at once. If we don't hold your size, the item is scheduled once the order is confirmed, and we confirm a delivery date then.
